A few months ago, my car started emitting a lot of bluish-white smoke with a terrible smell. The tow truck driver confirmed over the phone that it was a blown head gasket. That same evening, when I went to Tech Auto for my father's car, I mentioned my head gasket... the best idea of my day! The manager told me to have my Alfa Romeo towed back to him because it wasn't a head gasket. And guess what? It wasn't a head gasket at all, just a broken shock absorber that was damaging my tire while driving! Since that day, Tech Auto has naturally become my go-to garage. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Repairs are always completed on time, and the work is top-notch! Thank you for all the repairs you've done on my Alfa.
Our vehicle was dropped off at this garage by Alsace Dépannage. It was truly a wonderful discovery, from the warm welcome and helpful technical explanations to the kindness and empathy of the manager and the receptionist. They went above and beyond to replace some faulty parts, which were nearly impossible to find, and returned our repaired vehicle within the very short timeframe they had promised. Their prices are more than reasonable. This garage is simply the best! Once you've experienced it, you'll want more (not more breakdowns, but more garage service, of course...).
Following a technical problem with my vehicle, I spent a long time searching for a reliable, high-quality garage. This garage came first. My vehicle was attended to quickly, and the repair was just as quick. I thank this garage for their very affordable prices and their kindness. I recommend it!
