The welcome was warm, and the manager and his team demonstrated great professionalism and genuine care. Scheduling an appointment was very quick, which was really appreciated. The work done is simply excellent, meticulous, and of high quality. Moreover, the price is entirely commensurate with the quality of the work provided. I highly recommend this body shop, I mean, I really highly recommend it!
I ordered my four tires online and chose this garage, the closest to my home, which offered quick availability for fitting! The service was excellent—fast, professional, and what's more, the manager went out of his way to find a replacement bulb for me from a colleague, even though it wasn't planned. The prices were fair, and for once, I didn't feel ripped off, as he took the time to explain everything thoroughly! I'll definitely be back.
Diagnosing the steering wheel lock was quite complex (another garage thought it was the transmission boot). Motrio garage replaced the relay. In addition, the clutch failed. This garage handled everything, and the result was excellent. The bill was very reasonable. Kudos for their professional skills!
I can only echo all the other positive reviews for this garage! Don't be put off by the rather uninviting exterior! The service is top-notch, friendly, and fast! Absolutely flawless. I recommend it 200%!
Perfect service, warm welcome and very responsive! I highly recommend this dealership for their repair services. They were professional, competent and did an excellent job on my car which was damaged in July 2024.
