While I waited, they even offered me a coffee, which might seem like a small thing, but it really makes a difference: you feel valued, not just a number waiting for your car. The work was done cleanly and on time. You can tell they're professionals and that they take pride in their work. Honestly, it's refreshing to find a garage that's friendly, professional, and has a personal touch. I'll definitely be back.
I took my 3008 to this garage for an intermediate service. It was more like a car beauty salon; the welcome was great, and I got an appointment quickly thanks to their partner, even though there was an urgent unforeseen issue that prevented them from carrying out the service.
Honestly, a very good experience at La Bonne Occase in Plessis-Bouchard. I went there for a used vehicle and a small maintenance, and everything went really well. The team is welcoming, offers good advice and you can tell they are serious in their work. I recommend without hesitation!
